When you make a purchase with us, you accept the terms & conditions below. We recommend you read the terms & conditions carefully before you place an order.

 

 

  1. Purchase & Payment

 

You can shop at www.alittlebitmorelife.com 24 hours a day, unless it is closed for maintenance.

 

The primary currency is Danish Krone. The price in other currencies vary with exchange rate against Danish Krone which is updated from time to time. We reserve the rights for price changes and errors.

 

After you select the items and put them into the shopping cart, you need to check out. You can proceed by login to your account registered in alittlebitmorelife.com, or continue with guest checkout. Then you need to fill in your personal information such as name, address, email and telephone number.

 

When you confirm your shopping cart by pressing the "Confirm Order" button, you will be directed to a payment page. You can pay by your PayPal account, or pay by Visa, Master Card, American Express, etc. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an invoice regarding to your purchase.

 

If a card fraud is suspected, we may require payment by bank transfer.

 

 

  1. Delivery information

 

Shipping fee & free delivery:

Free delivery is given to an order purchase at 599kr (or equivalent to other currencies) and above.

 

For order below 599kr (or equivalent to other currencies), shipping fee 50kr (or equivalent to other currencies) will be charged for delivery.

 

 

Products dispatch:

For in stock products, as soon as the payment is approved, the parcel will be dispatched within 7 business days.

 

For pre-order products, the parcel will be dispatched within 7 business days when they are in stock, and the payment is approved.

 

The shipment will be sent from Denmark as a private parcel, and you will receive an email with a link and tracking number that you can track your parcel via the shipping company’s website. Please note the delivery time may vary due to customs clearance.

  1. Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dejligtbarn.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
